1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vexture ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vexture is an AI-powered design tool that generates product UI — including landing pages, dashboards, and app screens — from prompts and references. The Service includes multi-screen design generation, project management, and export features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the system
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. Designs generated through the Service are yours to use. The Service, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of Vexture.

6. Credits and Billing

  • New accounts receive a small number of free credits to try the Service
  • Credits are consumed when generating designs — the cost per generation depends on the selected model and number of screens
  • Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packs or via a monthly subscription
  • Credits do not expire

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including subscriptions and credit packs. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
